Zendesk is used by some of the biggest and best companies in the world, including Airbnb, Uber and Shopify. While it started as a customer service tool, it has become more of an all-in-one lead management and customer support suite, complete with CRM, email marketing and live chat. Zendesk products work right out of the box, with powerful features and functions to help any business improve their support and sales operations. Zendesk is great across different industries, with healthcare companies, enterprise clients, financial services, retail clients and many others using it.

If this is an inappropriate review, please feel free to remove it. I used Zendesk to setup my LLC (free service to entrepreneurs). It was really a pretty seamless and stress-free process. The intake application took about 10 minutes to complete from start to finish. My LLC was approved through the NC within a couple of weeks (a little bit ahead of schedule). Zendesk emailed my article of organization and other associated documents to me. That was a little over a year ago.

Free is good for me.
I've used Zendesk at a couple companies I've worked for and I can't say enough good things. Easy tracking and prioritization of support cases. Live chat capabilities are super simple. Works for small and large companies alike.
Can't really come up with a con. There are areas of improvement. The company makes updates all the time though.
Super good value for money. Various plans to fit a company's needs.
One of the best software application to keep track of all the tickets coming in. This makes it easier for all the level of the organization in a department to check and updated/approve/deny/process the request effortlessly at one place. Managers can easily approve the ticketing requests and update the tickets, the notifications to the end users helps a lot in getting the updates from the application
I don't see any cons about this application
I love Zendesk. It’s not quite the same as Salesforce, but it’s comparable and a valuable tool. Zendesk is easy to use and intuitive. You can easily integrate software with it and streamline processes. Tools like Slack, Gmail, and talk desk can all be integrated with Zendesk allowing for improved functionality. Zendesk allows you to create a knowledge base within the system which is very helpful. Customer support is also very helpful and timely. I have had no trouble with them at all. Zendesk also has a really nice interface which is easy to navigate.
Setting up some automations can be difficult. However, once you learn the process, it’s not too bad. Searching for previous tickets for reference can be tedious sometimes. Other than that, I have no additional complaints.
Zendesk is a quality product over all. It is definitely worth the cost, although some people may prefer other products such as Salesforce.
Finally, a crm solution and more that integrates well with medical practice and patients.
